Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 777ch. By creating an account or using any part of the 777ch platform at https://777ch.ws, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users in Pakistan and all PKR transactions processed through the platform.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 777ch ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who registers an account or accesses any service at https://777ch.ws. By using 777ch in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms alongside any specific game rules, promotion terms, or policy documents published on the platform.
777ch operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All financial transactions on 777ch are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR) through locally supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.
These Terms should be read alongside the 777ch Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 777ch.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account at 777ch, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 777ch applies a strict minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
- You must be the account holder — you may not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your 777ch account.
- You may hold only one 777ch account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a family member — is a material breach of these Terms.
- The registration information you provide must be accurate and complete. Name, date of birth, and contact details must match your official identification documents.
- You must not be a current or former employee of 777ch, or a family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from the platform.
777ch reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill, or payment method confirmation. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission. Winnings will not be released from an unverified account.
Age verification: If there is any doubt about whether an account holder meets the 18+ requirement, 777ch will suspend the account and request proof of age. If the account holder cannot demonstrate that they are 18 or older, the account will be closed permanently and any balance forfeited.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on 777ch are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume transactions may trigger standard anti-money laundering checks as required by Pakistani financial regulations.
Accepted deposit methods at 777ch include:
- Easypaisa mobile wallet
- JazzCash mobile wallet
- NayaPay digital wallet
- SadaPay digital wallet
- IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
Deposits made via mobile wallets and digital wallets are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Card deposits are processed in real time subject to your bank's authorisation procedures.
Withdrawals at 777ch are processed only to payment methods that are registered in your verified name. You may not withdraw to a different account or a third party's payment method. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 777ch does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals are subject to a 1–3 business day processing timeline.
Withdrawal rule to remember: Always withdraw to the same method you deposited with where possible. 777ch's fraud prevention system flags third-party withdrawals automatically — this can delay your payout while we verify the request.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
777ch offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page for that offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
General bonus rules applicable to all 777ch promotions:
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses awarded at 777ch carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
- Time limits: All 777ch bonuses expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically. Unused wagering contributions from an expired bonus are not carried forward.
- One bonus at a time: Only one promotional offer may be active on a 777ch account at any given time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
- Game contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, roulette, baccarat, and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. - Abuse: 777ch reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it determines that a player has exploited, abused, or manipulated a promotion. This includes use of automated betting systems, coordinated play with other accounts, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from a bonus without genuine exposure to risk.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 777ch may restrict specific promotions to players who have not yet claimed that offer type, players in specific activity tiers, or players who meet criteria specified in the promotion.
5. Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed at 777ch are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport rules and market-specific rules are published within the betting interface and apply in addition to these general rules.
- A bet is confirmed only when accepted by 777ch's system and reflected in your bet history. Verbal or written instructions to 777ch staff do not constitute a valid bet.
- Odds at 777ch are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. You accept the odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted.
- Bets placed on events that have already started — unless the event is open for live in-play betting — will be void and stakes returned.
- In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 777ch will use its bet logs to determine whether a valid bet was placed. The platform's records are definitive in all disputes.
- Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time threshold specified in the relevant sport's rules, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply for certain markets — these are detailed in the sport-specific rules section.
- Cricket betting at 777ch covers PSL, international matches, and domestic tournaments. PSL markets go live as soon as fixtures are confirmed. In-play betting runs throughout all supported cricket matches with odds updating every delivery.
- 777ch reserves the right to limit bet size or restrict a player's access to specific markets at its discretion, including for risk management purposes.
- Any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known to the player at the time of betting — through cheating, data breach, or match-fixing information — will be voided and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Casino Game Rules
Casino games available at 777ch — including but not limited to roulette, baccarat, blackjack, fishing games, jackpot slots, card games, and live dealer games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These Terms apply in addition to game-specific rules.
- All RNG casino games at 777ch use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are not influenced by 777ch, game providers, or any external party.
- Live casino games at 777ch use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers under verified conditions. 777ch does not control the outcomes of live dealer games beyond standard dealer procedure.
- In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, 777ch's servers will record the last valid game state. Where the outcome had already been determined at the point of disconnection, that outcome will stand. Where the round had not resolved, the bet may be voided and the stake returned at 777ch's discretion.
- 777ch reserves the right to void any casino game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or display error has produced an outcome that is clearly inconsistent with the game's mathematical model.
- Jackpot amounts displayed in progressive jackpot games are updated in real time. 777ch is not liable for display delays that may show a jackpot figure different from the actual pool at the precise moment of a trigger event.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 777ch account credentials. Your password should be unique and not used on any other platform. 777ch strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
- You must not share your 777ch account password, OTP, or login credentials with any other person.
- You must notify 777ch support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- 777ch will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your full password is fraudulent — please report it to support immediately.
- Where unauthorised access to a 777ch account occurs as a result of the player's failure to maintain credential security, 777ch cannot be held liable for losses incurred.
- If 777ch detects suspicious login activity on your account, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account pending identity verification for your protection.
8. Responsible Gaming
777ch is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Every player account has access to a full range of responsible gaming tools designed to help you maintain control of your gaming activity:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your 777ch account. Limit increases take 72 hours to apply; limit reductions take effect immediately.
- Loss limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed for the remainder of that period.
- Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
- Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from your 777ch account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for gambling.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 777ch. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account is a violation of these Terms.

9. Player Conduct
Players using 777ch's platform are expected to behave in a manner consistent with fair play and respect for other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Cheating, collusion with other players, or use of any software tool designed to give an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Placing bets on sporting events where the player has inside information about the outcome — including but not limited to match-fixing information, team selection leaks, or knowledge of a player injury not publicly disclosed.
- Creating multiple 777ch accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
- Using 777ch for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777ch staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any communication channel on or associated with the platform.
- Misusing the chargebacks, dispute, or payment reversal process to fraudulently recover funds after a bet has been settled.
777ch investigates all suspected violations of these conduct rules thoroughly. Where a violation is confirmed, 777ch reserves the right to void related bets, forfeit account balances, close accounts permanently, and share information with relevant authorities where required by law.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
777ch may suspend or close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, including suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns.
- Suspected involvement in match-fixing, cheating, or collusion.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request directing 777ch to close or freeze the account.
- Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may have a maintenance fee deducted from the balance; 777ch will notify you by email before any fee is applied.
Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of Terms), any balance held may be forfeited at 777ch's discretion. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player or for operational reasons not related to player misconduct, the verified balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ch's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability. 777ch is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, opportunity cost, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the 777ch platform.
- Losses arising from internet connection failures, device failures, or other technical issues outside 777ch's control that affect your ability to place or settle bets.
- Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
- Incorrect odds displayed due to technical errors — 777ch reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777ch's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Privacy and Data
777ch collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the 777ch Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points:
- Your data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and (with your consent) promotional communications.
- 777ch does not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors and is not stored on 777ch servers in full card number format.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to regulatory retention requirements. Contact support@777ch.ws to make a data request.
13. Amendments to These Terms
777ch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 777ch will provide advance notice via email and an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
For minor updates (clarifications, formatting corrections, non-material additions), changes may be published without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the 777ch platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 777ch support.
